What Information Do We Collect, and How Do We Use It?

  • Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect certain identifying information from or about you in connection with your use of or submissions to the Site, establishment of account and placement of orders. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email addresses, and credit card number (together, "Collected Information"). We will use this information to process your order, communicate with you in connection with that order and otherwise provide you with information and communications that you request or that we believe are relevant and may be of interest to you.

If you choose to provide your wireless phone number or other telephone number to us as part of the Collected Information, you expressly consent to receiving telephone calls – either in person or automated -- from us at this telephone number.

When you provide your email address to us, we will send you marketing communications regarding products, specials and sales that we believe may be useful or relevant to you. You may opt out of receiving such marketing communications from us at any time by following the directions provided within the email communication to “Unsubscribe.”

In addition, we may retain the content of, and metadata regarding, any correspondence you may have with us or our representatives, regardless of the mode of communication by which such correspondence was made. This information helps us improve the Site and the online content, materials, and services that we make available on the Site, and to respond more effectively to current and future inquiries.

  • IP Addresses and Related Data

As with many other websites, the web servers used to operate the Site may collect certain data pertaining to you and the equipment and communications method that you use to access the Internet and our Site. For security reasons and to confirm the integrity of the Site, we may combine components of these data with Collected Information, which may identify you. Unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, such identifying information will be used solely for our business purposes. In addition, the information we collect may reveal such things as the Internet protocol ("IP") address assigned to your computer, specific pages that you accessed on the Site or prior to visiting the Site, and the length of time you spent at the Site. We may use this information to help administer the Site and the servers that provide the Site, generate statistical information, monitor and analyze Site traffic and usage patterns, and improve the Site's content and content delivery, including any online content, materials, and services that we describe or make available on the Site.

  • Cookies

In addition, our Site may send one or more "cookies" to your computer to improve the utility of the Site by storing user preferences and tracking user trends. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please note that you may not be able to access the full functionality of our Site if cookies are disabled on your browser.

The use of cookies by our affiliates and service providers is not covered by our privacy policy. We do not have access or control over these cookies. Our affiliates and service providers may use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site, in order for you to find services available in your area, and facilitate our marketing efforts.

  • Web Beacons and Pixel Tags

We may also use web beacons and pixel tags. Web beacons (also called single pixel gifs or web bugs) are Internet tools, such as transparent images on the Site or in e-mails that we may send you, that help us to determine, for instance, whether a page has been viewed or an e-mail opened. For example, when you ask us to send you information, we may use web beacons to determine how many of the e-mails we sent were actually opened. A pixel tag is a type of web beacon embedded in an image on the Site. In general, any electronic image viewed as part of a web page, including a banner ad, may contain a pixel tag.

  • Widgets

Our Site may include widgets and embedded video players. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

  • Analytics

Like many websites, we use Google Analytics to collect information about your use of our Site. This information consists of information that your web browser automatically sends to Google, such as the web address of the page that you visit and your IP address. Google may also set cookies or read preexisting cookies. This information is stored on Google´s servers. Google uses this information to provide us with reports about traffic to our Site and your visit to our Site (such as the domain from which you access the Internet, the web address of the website from which you linked to our Site, the time and date of your visit to the web pages that you view and click through). We will use this data to improve our Site structure and content.

Google may also use this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.google.com/privacy.html. For more detailed information on how Google uses your data through our Site, please visit http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

  • Retargeting and Remarketing

We have also enabled additional Google Analytics Advertising Features: Google Display Network Impression Reporting and Remarketing with Google Analytics. The Google Display Network Impression Reporting uses the Google Analytics cookie to track our ad impressions and your interactions with those impressions, including the effectiveness of those ads, which generates reports for us to help us analyze our advertisements. Remarketing with Google Analytics uses the Google Analytics cookie to serve advertisements to you across the Internet based on your visit to our Site.

We also use the Google AdWords service to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on this Site. Google uses cookies (or other similar identifiers) to collect anonymous information about your visits to our Site and your interaction with our products and services to generate targeted advertisements to you on other sites that you visit across the Internet.

If you do not want Google to collect and use this information, you may visit the Google Ad Settings page (http://www.google.com/safetycenter/tools/#manage-your-ads-preferences) or you can also visit the website http:///www.networkadvertising.org/choices to change your consumer preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain further information about third party ad networks and online behavioral advertising. You may also opt-out of our use of Google Analytics as described above. Please remember that changing your settings with certain browsers and ad networks will not carry your privacy choices across browsers and other ad networks.

Additional Data Collection

We may monitor and record activity on this Site and may investigate any complaint or reported violation of our policies.

Do Not Track
