Orders & Returns
I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

To return your order within 45 days of purchase, first login and view your order history. Then find the order you would like to return and click the link to return the item.

All returns must adhere to Simply Medical's return policy which can be found here

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we do offer FREE RETURNS for products 45 days from original purchase date. You can find our Return Policy Here.

When will the refund appear in my bank account?

Simply Medical initiates the refund after the return has arrived at our warehouse fully processed. Generally refunds will appear within 2-4 weeks. The exact time-frame is dependent on the banking institution not on Simply Medical.

Will I receive a pre-paid return label? 

Yes, you will receive a prepaid return label. Products must be returned within 45 days from the original purchase date and meet our return policy found here.

I misplaced my return label. What do I do?

Contact our customer service team at 855.374.6759.

I paid the Postal Service to return my items instead of using the prepaid label. Can I get reimbursed?

We do not reimburse shipping costs that are personally incurred by you for returns. Simply Medical provides pre-paid shipping labels to use for returns.  

How long does it take to get my refund? 

For the majority of returns, it takes about 5-8 Business Days from beginning of the return request, issuing a return label, receiving your order back, inspecting it and initiating the refund.

Depending on your credit card company & banking institution, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Shipping
Do you offer discreet shipping? 

Currently, Simply Medical cannot guarantee discreet shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders 1-3 days. You will see an estimate of delivery during checkout.

What carrier will be handling my order? 

We ship all orders by UPS.

Do you offer next day shipping options? 

We do not offer next day services at this time.  

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

We currently do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

Payment Information
Do you allow checks, cashier's checks, money orders ?

No. At this time Simply Medical does not accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders.

How can I get an invoice for my order? 

You can find a copy of your invoice in the order details section of your account. Simply click on the order details and you'll see a button that says 'Print Invoice'.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. We charge sales tax in accordance with tax laws. You will have a chance to estimate tax on the cart page and see tax calculation during the checkout process.  

What forms of payment do you accept? 

SimplyMedical.com currently accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa for all orders.

Do you accept insurance as a form of payment?

At this time, we do not accept insurance as a form of payment but do provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your provider.  

General
Do you sell prescription drugs? 

No. We don't sell any prescription drugs online. Any of the medication that we do sell is over-the-counter, which means it can be bought at a United States pharmacy without requiring a prescription from your doctor.

Do you offer a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. We do not publish a print catalog.  

How do I write a review for a product?

After you place an order, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to review the products in your order(s).

Subscriptions
Can You Cancel At Anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription order at anytime. Use the Subscription Portal to adjust your order frequency or cancel your subscription.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address for your subscription at anytime. Visit the subscription portal to make this change.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription and reactive it at anytime. You can make this change in the subscription portal.

How will I know my subscription is on its way?

You will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number for your shipment.

Will I be notified before my next subscription order?

Yes! You will receive an email prior to your next subscription shipment. This notification will include the details of your order including items, price & quantity.

Why did the price of my subscription item change? 

We provide the most up-to-date prices for the items in your order. Prices can fluctuate as we stay competitive with other online retailers.
