KerraLite Cool Hydrogel Dressing - Transparent Wound Bandage

Hydrogel moisture balancing dressing with Pro-inoic™ technology, 3M's Kerralite Cool™ dressings consist of a polyurethane outer film and a gel sheet. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid. This interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement creating an optimal environment for wound healing.
