This creates enhanced pain relief and soothing comfort. It also comes formulated with glycerol to regulate hydration. The non-adhesive foam dressing absorbs liquid and keeps the wound bed clean, helping to avoid adherence and easing daily maintenance. It also expands to conform to the wound, providing a protective cover. Each box includes two bandages.
