Scan® Ultrasound Gel uses a dual-viscosity formula which allows it to be applied as a gel and scan as a fluid. This is perfect for medical ultrasound procedures when a less viscous gel is desired. The Scan® gel is acoustically correct for the broad range of frequencies used. It is completely aqueous which means it will not stain clothing or damage equipment.
